Job Description

We are partnering with a global technology and skilled services organisation supporting a high profile government client to appoint a Senior Technical Project Manager.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys working across project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and platform support within a complex technology environment.

n

You'll play a key role in managing and evolving a workplace technology platform, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end to end technology projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
n
- Drive project governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications
n
- Facilitate workshops and engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
n
- Translate business needs into system enhancements and improvement initiatives
n
- Support ongoing platform operations, issue triage, and vendor engagement
n
- Manage financial forecasting, project metrics, resource planning, and delivery performance
n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
n
- Identify opportunities to improve platform adoption, user experience, and business outcomes
n
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams and locations
n

About You

n

n
- 7+ years experience delivering technology projects in a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role
n




- Strong project governance and stakeholder management capability
n
- Experience working across both project delivery and business analysis activities
n
- Exposure to application, platform, or product support functions
n
- Experience with IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) or workplace technology platforms
n
- Strong documentation, communication, and facilitation skills
n
- Comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
n
- Bachelor's degree or higher
n

Highly Regarded

n

- Experience with workplace management or corporate real estate technology platforms
n
- Exposure to platform enhancement, transformation, or digital workplace initiatives
n
- Experience working with government or highly regulated environments
n

n

Requirements

- Australian Citizenship is essential
n
- Canberra based candidates are highly regarded, however strong candidates in Sydney or Melbourne will also be considered
n
- Ability to attend client sites as required
n
