The Role

n

We're seeking an experienced Earthworks Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate small to medium-sized teams of plant operators and operate plant machinery to assist with the construction of a new factory.

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Experience operating multiple earthmoving machines and relevant tickets (if applicable) with at least 3 years of experience (Excavator 1-30 tons, Backhoe, Front end loader, and Bobcat)
n




- Experience leading and coordinating small to medium-sized teams
n
- Experience in all aspects of civil works
n
- Experience installing stormwater drainage, pits, sewerage, and service pipes
n
- Laser leveling experience with the ability to set up and use dumpy levels and pipe lasers
n
- Experience in rock hammering, excavation, trenching, piering, bulk excavation, and leveling
n
- GPS final trim experience
n
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with high attention to detail
n
- Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card)
n
- Current driving license and own transport
n
- HC (Unrestricted) License (advantage)
n
- Physically fit for manual tasks
n

Pay Rates:

n

Rates range from $40 - $55 per hour plus penalties for overtime (based on skills and experience). 50-60 hours per week.
