n Tidda Workforce is currently seeking Skilled Precast Labourers for an ASAP start with a busy and well‐established precast manufacturing operation in Redhead, NSW.
n This role offers consistent full‐time hours, competitive casual rates, and the opportunity to secure ongoing work with a high‐performing team.
n Location: Redhead, NSW
n Role: Skilled Precast Worker
n Employment Type: Casual (Full‐Time Hours)
n Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:30am Start | 8-10 Hour Shifts
n Overtime: Occasional Saturday work available
n Pay Rate: $39.11 per hour casual + penalty rates
n Start: ASAP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
- Setting up and stripping precast moulds
n
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings and plans
n
- Formwork and reinforcement work
n
- Basic concreting and finishing
n
- General precast yard duties
n
- Maintaining a protected and productive work environment
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
You're a hands‐on precast worker who takes pride in your work and can hit the ground running in a fast‐paced production environment.
n To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Minimum 12 months precast labouring or concrete labouring experience
n Experience assisting with formwork and concrete works
n White Card (Construction Induction)
n Reliable transport and punctual work habits
n Ability to pass pre‐employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
n Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
n
