About the Role

Based in our fully equipped fabrication workshop in Paget, this hands-on role offers a variety of fabrication work across structural steel, aluminium, and stainless steel projects.

n

No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys diverse workshop work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

Duties & Responsibilities

n

n
- Fabrication and welding of structural steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
n
- Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings
n
- Working to strict quality and safety standards
n
- Operating workshop machinery and fabrication tools
n




- Assisting with fitting and assembly work as required
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker (Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent)
n
- Strong workshop fabrication experience
n
- Ability to accurately read and interpret fabrication/CAD drawings
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
n
- Ability to successfully complete a weld test
n

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
n
- Forklift licence
n
- Previous experience in heavy structural or mining-related fabrication
n

n
