Dyers Distribution is a family owned company who have been providing quality transport services since 1932. Due to demand we have a number permanent HR and HC driver vacancies for quality operators to distribute grocery products throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Overview of Task:
n
Distribution of Retail Grocery and FMCG products
n
Day shift Mon to Fri with Saturday work available. Shifts normally scheduled to start between 04:00am and 06:00am
n
Based at a new state of the art DC in Truganina
n
Multi drop ambient and temperature controlled deliveries
n
On the job training and assessment
n
Regular overtime
n
Quick hitch at DC (the customer loads)
n
Tailgate and electric pallet jack at delivery point
n
Over award Enterprise Agreement in place
n
Phone allowance per shift
n
New equipment
n
Successful applicants must have:
n
A current HR/HC licence with at least 12 months experience
n
Tailgate and electric pallet jack experience preferred but not essential
n
Refrigeration / Temperature Control experience preferred but not essential
n
Proven safe driving record
n
A safe work ethic
n
Positive communication and customer service skills
n
Chain of Responsibility compliant
n
Basic Fatigue Management preferred
n
Smart phone
n
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical which includes drug and alcohol screening.
