We are seeking a passionate Assistant Educator, who is looking to join our amazing team at Grow Early Education Darling Heights!

n

The successful candidates will be actively engaged in educating and caring for children under five years of age, and effectively communicating and developing relationships with children, families and Educators.

n

About your new role:

- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, secure, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
n
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
n
- Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
n
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

n

n
- Diploma or Cert III qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
n




- Current blue card approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
n
- Experience in an early childhood setting.
n
- A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
