We're looking for a talented XR Developer to join our growing Technology & Product team. You'll be hands‐on building AR, VR, and MR experiences that reach fans at live events, on their devices, and across digital platforms — working alongside experienced developers, designers, and AI engineers in a collaborative environment that values creativity, technical excellence, and a genuine love for what you do.

What You'll Do

n

XR Development & Delivery

n

n
- Develop AR/VR/MR applications for sports fan engagement, live event activations, and stadium experiences
n
- Build real‐time 3D environments, interactive AR overlays, and immersive VR experiences using Unity and/or Unreal Engine
n
- Implement integrations with AI systems, live data feeds, and broadcast technologies
n
- Optimise XR experiences for performance across Meta Quest, iOS/Android AR, and WebXR
n




- Write clean, well‐documented, and maintainable code in line with team standards
n

Collaboration & Communication

n

n
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and technical artists to bring creative briefs to life
n
- Participate in Agile ceremonies — stand‐ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
n
- Communicate progress, blockers, and solutions clearly within the team
n
- Contribute ideas and technical insights during brainstorming and innovation sessions
n

Quality & Testing

n

n
- Conduct thorough testing across devices and platforms to ensure quality and performance
n
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues swiftly and efficiently
n
- Support UAT with internal stakeholders and clients as required
n

n

Learning & Development

n

n
- Stay current with emerging XR technologies, tools, and industry trends
n
- Actively participate in code reviews and team learning initiatives
n
- Pursue professional development — we'll support you every step of the way
n

WHAT YOU BRING

n

n
- 2+ years of professional XR development experience (AR/VR/MR) — with a portfolio to prove it
n
- Proficiency in Unity (C#) and/or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints)
n
- Experience with ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, or equivalent AR SDKs
n
- Solid understanding of 3D spatial design, real‐time rendering, and performance optimisation
n




- Familiarity with WebXR or browser‐based immersive experiences
n
- Strong communication skills and a team‐first mindset
n
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
n

Desirable (Bonus Points If You Have...)

- Experience in sports tech, live events, or fan engagement platforms

- Exposure to AI/ML integration within XR environments

- Familiarity with wearable AR tech

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
