We are a growing paediatric occupational therapy practice providing mobile, community-based services primarily across Marsden Park, Box Hill and surrounding suburbs in North West Sydney. About the Role
n
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team on a flexible contractor basis.
n
You'll provide mobile occupational therapy services across homes, schools, childcare centres and community settings, supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents with a range of developmental and functional needs.
n
Caseloads are thoughtfully planned to minimise travel and are primarily located across Marsden Park, Box Hill and surrounding suburbs in North West Sydney.
n
Initial caseload: 20–30 billable clinical hours per week, with opportunities to increase as the practice grows.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct functional assessments and deliver tailored intervention plans
n
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to neurodivergent children and adolescents
n
- Support families, educators and support teams with practical strategies
n
- Collaborate with paediatricians, psychologists, speech pathologists, educators and other professionals
n
- Prepare reports, progress notes and clinical documentation
n
- Work autonomously while being supported by a responsive, collaborative team
n
- Minimum 4–5 years' paediatric Occupational Therapy experience
n
- Strong clinical experience supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents
n
- Confident in sensory processing, emotional regulation, functional skills, and behaviour support within the Occupational Therapy scope of practice
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to work independently in community settings
n
- Current AHPRA registration, Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check, Child Protection Awareness Training Certificate and ABN
n
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
n
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
