We are currently working with a major infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of significant projects within a large-scale construction and engineering environment.

This opportunity would suit a commercially minded professional who enjoys operating at the interface between project delivery, procurement, contract management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Managing commercial and contractual matters across major projects
n
- Leading contract administration activities, including variations, claims and dispute avoidance
n
- Providing commercial guidance to project and operational stakeholders
n
- Supporting procurement and supplier engagement activities
n
- Identifying, managing and mitigating commercial risks
n
- Assisting with negotiations and contract strategy
n
- Contributing to project performance and delivery outcomes
n

Ideal Experience

n

n




- Experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Contracts Manager or similar
n
- Solid background in infrastructure, construction, engineering or major projects
n
- Knowledge of contract administration and commercial risk management
n
- Ability to engage effectively with both operational and executive stakeholders
n
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
n
