The Opportunity

This is an Expression of Interest for Structural Engineer through to Associate Structural Engineer level roles. We're building our founding team and want to hear from experienced structural engineers across a range of seniority levels — whether you're a few years into your career or ready to step into a senior/associate position with leadership responsibilities.

Depending on your experience, your role may include:

n

n
- Structural design and analysis across a variety of project types
n




- Preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports
n
- Liaising with clients, architects, and other consultants
n
- Mentoring junior engineers (for more senior applicants)
n
- Contributing to business development and technical leadership as the practice grows (Associate level)
n
- Helping establish internal standards, templates, and workflows for a new practice
n

About You

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
n
- CPEng / RPEQ (or working towards)
n
- Proven experience in structural design (junior to senior/associate level considered)
n
- Proficiency in relevant structural software (e.g. SpaceGass, Strand7, ETABS, RAM, RAPT)
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
n
- For Associate-level applicants: demonstrated leadership, client management, and mentoring experience
n
