We are currently seeking areliable and compassionatedisability support workerto provide care and assistance toa 36year old male with a traumatic brain injury, this care will helphimlive independently at home.

Duties include but not limited too

- Personal care

- Medication administration

- Assistance with Allied health tasks/Exercise program

- Domestic assistance

- Documentation and reporting

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

- 6am-6pm Mondays
- possibility of othershifts in surrounding areas

Requirements:





- Applicants must have good English speaking skills.

- Current references
- Current driver's licence and your own car (mandatory)
- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- Paid WWCC (Working with Children's check) or willing to obtain
- Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
