What we're looking for

n

n
- Relevant qualifications in aged care, disability support, or Youth Work
n
- Experience in providing person-centred care and support to elderly or disabled individuals
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
n
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
n
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of our diverse client base
n
- A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
n
- NDIS workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
n
- Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
n

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or related field
n
- Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disability, autism, intellectual disability, or complex behaviours
n
- Experience with skill-building and capacity-building supports
n
