Responsibilities

- Generate more than 50% of your own new sales pipeline
n
- Grow new sales across all portfolios with both non‐Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base
n




- Engage in solution selling and leverage your ability to cross‐sell into our Digital Services business
n

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- 5+ years of quota‐carrying sales and account relationship management experience
n
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong desire to over‐achieve revenue goals
n
- Evidence of successful prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline
n
- Experience in developing and executing business/account plans
n
- Ability to handle both business and technical decision‐makers in customer organisations
n
- Proven ability to create, advance, and close current sales
n
- Strong time management and organisational skills
n
- Strong influencer and negotiator
n
- Versatility to operate in both hunting and farming models
n
