General Manager | Goulburn | Full-Time Permanent

An established business operating within the construction and outdoor living manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its regional sales, distribution and operational hub in Goulburn.

n

This is a critical leadership position with full responsibility for commercial performance, operational excellence, dealer engagement, team leadership and P&L; outcomes. You will oversee sales, logistics, customer service, warranty operations and distribution activities while driving business growth and customer satisfaction across the region.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team and work closely with dealer partners to ensure operational efficiency, revenue growth and exceptional customer service outcomes.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Lead regional sales and commercial strategy execution
n
- Drive revenue growth, market share and dealer performance
n
- Develop strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders
n
- Manage distribution, logistics, fleet operations and service delivery
n
- Ensure delivery schedules, quality standards and customer expectations are met
n
- Oversee customer service, warranty and operational functions
n
- Manage regional budgets and full P&L; performance
n
- Use CRM and operational data to drive decision making and business improvements
n
- Build a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance
n




- Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business
n

About You To be successful you will bring:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience with full P&L; accountability
n
- Strong sales, commercial and operational leadership experience
n
- Experience managing distribution, logistics or supply chain operations
n
- Proven success working within dealer, channel or B2B networks
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
n
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
n
- Strong understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
n
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems
n
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
n
