Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will support clients to live independently at home by delivering complex nursing care and implementing care plans. You will assess, review and evaluate consumer care regularly and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Home Care Workers as needed.

The role offers versatile working hours, with support from a dedicated care team, and includes mobile phone and iPad as part of the package.
