The Role

As a Beauty & Massage Therapist at SAINT HAVEN, you will:

- Deliver luxurious, results-driven facials and personalised massage treatments.
n
- Use your beauty therapy expertise to assess individual needs and recommend tailored treatments.
n
- Build trusted relationships with members through warmth, care and exceptional service.
n
- Maintain the highest standards of treatment-room presentation, hygiene and professionalism.
n
- Collaborate with the wider team to continually elevate our member experience.
n
- Contribute ideas across new treatments, services and wellness experiences.
n

What You Bring

n

n
- A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, essential for delivering our facial treatments.
n
- A Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent.
n
- At least two years' experience, ideally within a luxury spa, beauty or wellness environment.
n
- Confidence delivering facials and a broad range of massage treatments.
n
- A warm, polished and skilled approach.
n
- A genuine passion for beauty, wellness and helping people feel their best.
n
- Availability to work at least one weekend day each week is essential.
