The Opportunity

We're seeking an experiencedLandscape Maintenance Site Managers / 2nd In Chargeto help lead our maintenance operations and support the delivery of upcoming projects. This is a genuine opportunity for a hardworking horticulturist or landscape maintenance skilled to take the next step in their career, working alongside a supportive team that values initiative, quality workmanship, and takes pride in a job well done.

What You'll Be Doing

- Overseeing and coordinating day-to-day landscape maintenance works
n
- General turf and garden bed maintenance
n
- Irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
n
- Pest and weed control
n
- Supervising and supporting team members on site

- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, dependable and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field
n
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and horticultural best practice
n
- A hardworking, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
n
- The ability to lead by example and support less experienced team members
n
- A current driver's licence (and relevant tickets/certifications highly regarded)
n
- A commitment to safety and quality on every job
