We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Customer Service Coordinator - Materials and Inventoryto join a busy manufacturing and production environment. This is a customer-focused role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, coordinating contract packing projects, and ensuring inventory and materials are available to meet production schedules.

Working closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse and production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
n
- Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships.
n
- Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to production and completion.
n
- Prepare and maintain accurate job briefs and production documentation.
n
- Monitor production schedules and proactively communicate project updates.
n
- Coordinate customer-owned inventory and material requirements to ensure on-time delivery.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory reconciliations.
n
- Process customer orders, invoices and related administration.
n
- Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and operations.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role you will have:
n
n
- Previous experience in a customer service, production coordination, contract packing, planning or operations role within a manufacturing environment.
n
- Essential experience using NetSuite ERP.
n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
n
- High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
n
- The ability to manage multiple customer projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production scheduling.
n
- Strong inventory coordination and planning experience.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
n
n
Desirable Experience
n
n
- Experience within contract packing, packaging or FMCG manufacturing.
n
- Demand forecasting or inventory planning experience.
n
- Exposure to warehouse or production environments.
n
n
