We are seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Property Manager to join our Asset Management team. Working closely with the Asset Manager, you will take ownership of a designated property portfolio, building robust tenant relationships, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and supporting the financial and operational performance of the assets. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across property operations, financial management, tenant engagement, and capital projects within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of industrial and commercial assets,



delivering exceptional tenant service and fostering strong customer relationships to support occupancy and retention.

- Drive the financial performance of assets through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, income optimisation, and management of outgoings, recoveries, and arrears.

- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including lease administration, rental reviews, reporting, compliance, and maintenance of accurate property data in Yardi.

- Partner with Facilities Managers and service providers to ensure assets are well maintained, operationally efficient, and presented to a high standard.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on leasing activities, tenant matters, capital projects, lease negotiations, and asset improvement initiatives.
