CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating

n

CPC31420 Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver engaging face-to-face training sessions.
n
- Conduct practical demonstrations and workplace-based learning.
n




- Assess students in accordance with training package requirements.
n
- Develop and maintain assessment evidence and student records.
n
- Provide academic support and mentoring to students.
n
- Ensure compliance with Standards for RTOs and organisational policies.
n
- Participate in validation and continuous improvement activities.
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

Applicants must have:

n

n
- Relevant trade qualification in Painting & Decorating or Waterproofing.
n
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or qualifications meeting current RTO requirements.
n
- Minimum 3 years recent industry experience.
n
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
n
- Sound computer skills.
n
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Full Australian working rights.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Previous experience delivering training within an RTO.
n
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
n
- Industry currency and solid employer networks.
n
- Ability to deliver both theory and practical training.
n
