This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our high-performing Distribution Centre team. In this full-time, salaried role, you'll play a key part in supporting our labour hire workforce, ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations, and contributing to a safe and efficient environment.

A typical day might look like:

n

n
- Managing day‐to‐day relationships with Labour Hire agencies
n
- Coordinating rosters, schedules, inductions, and probation reviews
n
- Ensuring staffing levels align with operational needs, including responding to last‐minute changes
n
- Assisting Supervisors and Management with recruitment and administration for team member roles
n
- Monitoring labour hire performance and providing timely feedback through the appropriate channels
n
- Ensuring services delivered align accurately with invoice details
n
- Maintaining payroll data, processing leave, and supporting general administrative tasks
n
- Managing and overseeing the Safety Management System (SolveSafety)
n
- Supporting a safe workplace through proactive safety administration
n
- Coordinating wellness programs and promoting team engagement
n

About you

n

n
- Experience within Warehouse, Logistics, or Retail environments
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
n
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
n
- Proactive approach with strong problem‐solving capability
n
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and suppliers
n
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
n
- Adaptability and resilience in a energetic operational environment
n
- High attention to detail, particularly in scheduling, payroll, and administrative processes
n
- Values-driven, demonstrating Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect, Integrity, and Service
