North Sydney, NSW Full Time Position Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 plus super

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage daily retail operations across café, catering collection and canteen service environments
n
- Promote and sell products to customers while driving customer engagement and sales growth
n
- Monitor sales performance, revenue targets and customer service outcomes
n
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience
n
- Monitor stock levels, ordering and supplier coordination to maintain availability and minimise waste
n
- Ensure presentation, merchandising and food display standards are maintained
n
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints and service recovery processes
n




- Review financial performance, budgets and operational reporting
n
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety and food safety requirements
n
- Coordinate promotional initiatives and local business growth opportunities
n
- Supervise, train and support staff
n
- Prepare staff rosters and coordinate labour allocation to meet operational requirements
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- At least a Diploma qualification in a relevant subject plus at least one year of relevant work experience or three years of relevant work experience.
n
- Experience leading teams within fast-paced environments
n
- Solid customer service and stakeholder management skills
n
- Demonstrated experience in stock control, rostering and operational management
n
- Commercial understanding of revenue and cost management
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
