Our client is an Australian-owned property developer with a robust track record of delivering high quality residential and commercial projects across the country. As they experience an exciting phase of growth, we are seeking a driven Property Analyst to join their dynamic investment and development team.

The Role

This position plays a critical role in evaluating new development opportunities and optimising the existing portfolio. You will conduct in-depth financial modelling, market research, and feasibility studies to inform strategic investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Modelling: Build and maintain detailed cash flow models and joint venture structures.
n
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct rigorous financial feasibility assessments for potential acquisitions.
n
- Market Research: Analyse property market trends, supply/demand dynamics, and competitor activity.
n
- Reporting:



Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and board presentations for executive stakeholders.
n
- Due Diligence: Assist in the transaction process, including legal, planning, and financial due diligence.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
n
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in property analysis, valuation, or real estate banking.
n
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills with a proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
n
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Australian property market and development lifecycles.
n
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data clearly to executives.
