We're looking for a driven and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping business decisions. You'll turn financial data into meaningful insights, support strategic initiatives and help drive the continued success of our growing organisation.

What you'll do

n

n
- Prepare accurate financial reports and analysis, highlighting key trends, variances and business performance insights for stakeholders.
n
- Maintain financial and non-financial data within reporting systems, including Monthly Board Reporting and PBCS, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
n
- Support month-end close activities and the delivery of timely financial reporting.
n
- Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and financial modelling by collaborating with stakeholders to gather and validate data.
n
- Prepare statutory and government reporting submissions, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
n
- Support capital expenditure forecasting, cash flow reporting and centre incentive calculations.
n
- Develop performance reporting and presentations, providing insights to support leadership decision-making.
n
- Assist the FP&A; team with ad hoc analysis, reporting and commercial projects.

What you'll bring

n

n
- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, and alignment to our Busy Bees values.

- 2-3 years' experience in a Financial Analyst or similar corporate finance role.
n
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
n
- Experience working with enterprise ERP systems, ideally NetSuite or a comparable platform.
n




- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, supported by advanced Excel skills.
n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to communicate financial insights to a broad range of stakeholders.
n
- Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
n
- CPA or CA qualification, or progress towards completion is advantageous.
