We are proudly supporting and suppling elite and grassroots Rugby League, AFL, Rugby Union, Netball and Soccer teams Australia wide.

Are you a "Sporty" recent school graduate looking for a career in the sports supply industry OR are you a proven Customer Service professional looking for a new start in the sports supply industry.?

This is a Customer Service position, which will see you acquire skills and knowledge of our vast product range and gain valuable customer service experience in a friendly and busy office environment.

n

Duties will include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Answering and responding to inbound calls from our valuable customers.
n
- Responding to all customer enquires by phone and email.
n
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
n




- Ensuring customer orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
n
- Assisting our sales team Australia wide with delivering the best customer outcomes.
n

The right candidate for this position will:

n

n
- Be able to work full time (Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm)
n
- Have the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
n
- Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
n
- Have a professional phone manner with solid written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Be punctual, reliable and responsible.
n
- Have an outgoing personality.
n
- Dedication to providing the best customer experience in all of your customer interactions.
n
