The Role

n

We're seeking a Car Buyer to join our Sydney-based team. This is an office-based, phone-driven role — no cold calling, no chasing leads.

n

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in selling their vehicle, build rapport, negotiate confidently, and finalise purchases. You'll be supported by a friendly, energetic team that works hard and celebrates wins!

What You'll Do

n

- Engage daily with warm inbound leads to purchase vehicles from private sellers
n




- Build strong customer relationships and guide sellers through our simple process
n
- Confidently negotiate and close vehicle purchases
n
- Manage leads and deals using our tech systems
n
- Work closely with admin, inspection, and logistics teams
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- A motivated, positive, and confident communicator
n
- Minimum 12 months' experience in car buying or a similar automotive sales role
n
- Automotive knowledge or strong interest in cars
n
- Skilled phone manner and strong negotiation skills
n
