A Good Start to Life in Queensland is seeking a Youth Disability Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 0–18 with complex physical, intellectual and mental health needs in home, learning and community life.

You will provide secure, person-centred care grounded in trauma-informed practice, support daily living and learning, and help young people build independence, confidence and social inclusion.
