We are looking for a versatile Inventory Controller to join our Wacol operations. This isn't just a data-entry role; it's a high-impact position managing complex off-site inventory and local stores.

The Role

This is a "hybrid" warehouse role designed for someone who understands the flow of goods from the purchase order to the final shelf. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy across our local site and external storage locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Full control of stock levels using Oracle (required).
n
- Off-Site Coordination: Managing inventory movements and audits for off-site locations.
n
- Purchasing: Raising POs, managing suppliers, and ensuring lead times are met.
n
- Storeman Duties: Loading/unloading trucks, picking/packing, and general warehouse upkeep.
n
- Compliance: Ensuring all safety and inventory protocols are strictly followed.

What You Bring

- Software IQ: High proficiency in Oracle is non-negotiable.
n
- The Credentials: Current Forklift License (LF)



with solid operating experience.

- Experience: Proven background in inventory control and purchasing (specifically managing off-site stock).
n
- Attitude: A "no task too small" mindset. You are happy to jump on the forklift or pack a pallet just as much as you enjoy running reports.

- Locality: Proximity to Wacol or a reliable way to commute to the Western Suburbs.
