We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist / Generative AI Designer to design and implement AI-driven solutions for the telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will develop Generative AI applications, automate business processes, and build intelligent assistants that enhance customer and operational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions for Telco use cases.
n
- Build AI assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation using LLMs.
n
- Develop RAG-based applications and prompt engineering solutions.
n
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
n
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI applications.
n
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance,



and performance standards.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in Generative AI.
n
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
n
- Robust knowledge of Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and RAG.
n
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS Bedrock.
n
- Knowledge of Telco OSS/BSS, customer service, network operations, or digital channels.
n
- Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
