Our Sydney operation is currently seeking expand the team with a motivated and enthusiastic person to be included our small but experienced team, specialising in water & wastewater treatment, reuse and environmental treatment systems & applications. Integra offer expertise in the following areas:

- Cooling water treatment and tower cleaning

- Boiler water treatment
n
- Pre-treatment, filtration and desalination
n
- Waste water treatment
n
- Equipment design, repair and installation

- Cleaning and hygiene solutions
n

Water & Wastewater Operations: Environmental Consultant To be successful in this role you will have experience in working in a team, have good interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated. You will have had experience with meeting scheduled customer wastewater service requirements and co-ordinating multiple and competing requirements to limited time frames. Role Description:

n
- Designing strategic environmental action plans to guide sustainable water and wastewater management across Integra Water's industrial, commercial and manufacturing client sites, identifying immediate priorities and establishing long-term treatment and compliance objectives.
n
- Monitoring compliance with environmental statutes and discharge regulations governing water treatment, effluent release and re-use, and initiating corrective measures to protect waterways and surrounding ecosystems.
n
- Conducting comprehensive site assessments prior to the installation or upgrade of water treatment,



filtration and wastewater infrastructure to anticipate ecological and regulatory consequences.
n
- Recommending mitigation strategies to offset the environmental impact of industrial water use and effluent discharge, and to support restoration of affected water systems.
n
- Investigating how variables such as water chemistry, temperature, flow conditions, seasonal patterns and site-specific operational processes influence treatment performance and environmental outcomes.
n
- Collecting and interpreting data from water, effluent and soil analyses to evaluate contamination levels and inform treatment, filtration and re-use strategies.
n
- Developing environmental management policies and pollution control benchmarks for industrial and commercial water and wastewater operations, including standards for the treatment of disturbed or contaminated sites.
n
- Coordinating environmental initiatives across client facilities — including manufacturing plants, food processors and commercial premises — to protect water quality and support sustainable resource use.
n
- Compiling environmental data and technical resource inventories to support Integra Water's clients in land-use, treatment infrastructure and resource management decisions.
n

Requirements:

- Relevant Qualification
n
- At least 3 years of experience
n
- Robust understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, data evaluation and compliance
n
- Effective communicator, able to engage with clients and internal stakeholders across technical and non-technical levels
n
- Ability to work effectively with a well‐established management team
n
- Handle challenging situations
n
