Job Description

Bayside Health, aligned with Alfred Health Care Group, seeks a part time Disability Access and Inclusion Project Officer to support strategic initiatives across sites. Based at The Alfred - Disability Services, you will advance the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan, coordinate project plans, and report on progress.

Role focuses on priority areas, development of the next plan, and collaboration with the Disability Teams to improve access and inclusion within Alfred Health's care network.
