Lead Joinery / Cabinet Installer (Residential)

CabCrew provides cabinet installation crews for builders, cabinet makers, developers and imported kitchen projects across Victoria.

n

We have a factory in Tullamarine and work across a mix of residential, commercial and builder projects, including custom Australian-made cabinetry, imported kitchens, wardrobes, fitouts and site adjustments.

n

Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for a full-time Senior Installer to join our crew.

n

This role would suit an experienced all-rounder who enjoys site installs, can work through problems properly, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is confident dealing with the real-world issues that come up on site.

What you'll do

n

n
- Read and interpret plans, drawings and specs accurately
n
- Install kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, laundries and custom joinery on-site
n
- Work on custom locally made cabinetry, imported kitchens and flat-pack cabinetry
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve install issues as they come up
n
- Carry out minor adjustments, filler work, re-sizing and site modifications where required
n
- Assist with factory support when needed, including assembly, re-cuts, edging and replacement pieces
n




- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
n
- Represent CabCrew professionally on site with builders, cabinet makers and clients
n

Who you are

n

n
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience in cabinet making, joinery and installation
n
- Confident installing kitchens, wardrobes and custom cabinetry
n
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
n
- Comfortable reading plans and working through jobs properly
n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Good problem‐solver who can handle site issues professionally
n
- Reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
n
- Skilled attitude with a positive sense of humour
