Job Description

Langlands Restaurant & Bar, located in Hyatt Centric Melbourne, seeks an experienced Venue Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experience from the hotel's top floor with 180-degree city views.

You will manage rostering, coach staff, recruit and onboard, and collaborate with culinary, events, and hotel teams to deliver seamless service in a rapid-paced premium dining environment.
