The Opportunity

n

We are looking for a Customer Service driven Credit Controller to join our Finance Team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy self-starter. Duties include:

n

Processing of New Account applications & setting up of online login

n

Accurate processing of direct deposits, and credit card payments

n

Processing of Credit notes as required

n

Follow up outstanding payments and manage Stop credit process

n





Generate Debtors Statements and manage Debtor queries

n

Provide Credit references as required

n

CRM database communications logged in an accurate and timely manner

n

Review and finalise distributor commissions

n

Timely processing of various data entry tasks

n

Liaise with various departments, customers, and suppliers on setup of credit card terminal devices

n

Preparation of accurate reports for decision making

n

What you bring to The Team

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an experienced Credit Controller who has the ability to build and nurture customer relationships and be prepared to go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. A high level of attention to detail with data entry, and accuracy in payment allocation is required.
