At Cricks Nambour, we've proudly served the Nambour and Sunshine Coast community for over 30 years, and we're now looking for driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role for someone who loves working with people, thrives on achieving results, and wants to be part of a professional, supportive dealership environment.

You'll work with a strong mix of new and quality used vehicles, supported by experienced leadership, solid systems, and a steady flow of enquiries.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Welcoming customers and delivering a standout, sales experience

n

Managing enquiries across showroom, phone and digital leads

n

Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and ownership solution

n

Negotiating and closing deals with confidence and integrity

n

Managing vehicle deliveries and memorable handovers

n

Maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline follow-up

n

Working closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftersales to maximise customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

n

Automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential

n

Previous experience in any sales role is required

n

Strong communication and negotiation skills

n

Motivated, reliable and professional

n

Current driver's licence

n

Availability to work Saturdays (with RDOs provided through the week)

n

Applicants must have Australian work rights with all work visas accepted
