Due to sustained growth in the Victorian division, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Project Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a junior professional, recent Civil Engineering graduate, or an experienced undergraduate looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will possess a solid grasp of structural construction processes and a working knowledge of structural design.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Inspections: Undertake detailed inspections of post-tensioned and reinforced concrete slabs during the construction phase.
n
- Project Administration: Develop, implement, and administer project-specific safety, quality, and environmental documentation prior to and during construction.
n
- Commercial Support: Track, manage, and administer construction variations in accordance with contract terms.
n




- QA & WHS Compliance: Partner with site and project teams to champion excellence in health, safety, and quality assurance systems.
n
- Procurement & Estimating: Perform accurate quantity take-offs and assist with procurement activities to ensure all works are properly approved and engaged.
n
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report weekly construction performance and metrics against project budgets.
n
- Digital Platforms: Support site teams in the effective daily administration and implementation of digital quality and safety platforms.

Our Ideal Candidate

- Qualifications: Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering.
n
- Technical Skills: Ability to interpret structural, architectural, and reinforcement drawings accurately.
n
- Attributes: Highly diligent, systematic, and organized with a strong forward-planning mindset.
n
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, from site trades to management.
n
- Essentials: Valid White Card and a current Australian Driver's License are mandatory.
