As a Games Master at Fox in a Box,



you'll hold a pivotal role within our company, serving as the 'Customer Ambassador' for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing an exceptional customer experience to all our clients
n
- Captivating guests by providing an enthusiastic and detailed game experience
n
- Checking and managing online booking systems, both portal and direct enquiries
n
- Working as part of the team to ensure customers are guided through the experiences
n
- Making sure that the games are ready to play, in positive condition and report any problems
n
- Monitoring games, completing reports and general cleaning duties
n
