Job Description

Open Minds in Ipswich is seeking a Senior Intake & Assessment Officer to be the first point of contact, screening and referring clients, and delivering holistic, recovery‐oriented care.

You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including suicide and violence risk, deliver brief interventions and formulate treatment plans, and assist with intake, triage and access to services within Medicare Mental Health Centre.
