Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are maintained.
n
- Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
n
- Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
n
- Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
n
- Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
n
- Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal Gaps.
n
- Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
n
- Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.
n

Skills and Experience:

n

n
- Proven leadership and management experience.
n




- Current retail pharmacy experience is essential.
n
- Strong merchandising capabilities.
n
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
n
- Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
n
- Computer literacy; experience with POS Works POS system preferred, not essential.
n
- Dedicated work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
n
- Solid business acumen and attention to detail.
n
- . Pharmacy Retail Manager experience preferred, not essential
