Job Description

XPT Software is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer/Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform within a Government setting. The role covers administration, configuration, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing reliability and security.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITSM/ITIL knowledge, and a CSA certification, with proficiency in documentation and stakeholder communication.
