citicclsa seeks a Sr. Support Analyst to provide production support for Corporate Applications within Corporate IT. You will cooperate with multiple IT teams to diagnose incidents and manage changes across AU time zones.

The role requires 6–10 years in application support, shell/unix scripting, SQL, and hands-on work with Oracle EPM, BI, and SAP FICO interfaces. Weekend/on-call coverage and VPN work from home are part of the role.
