The Role

n

This is a varied role combining front of house reception duties with skin and laser treatments.

n

Education to clients on skincare products and at home routines

n

Ensuring treatment rooms are clean, safe, and in line with clinic protocols

n





Maintain exceptional client customer service and follow-up

n

Contribute to a warm, team-oriented environment

n

About You

n

Minimum Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or higher) is required

n

Previous experience with advanced skin and laser treatments

n

A solid understanding of skin conditions and skin science

n

Confident, professional, and results-focused

n

Uphold a clean work station, sterilisation procedures and hygiene standards

n

Friendly, approachable, and a true team player

n

Passionate about client care and delivering a premium experience

n

Must be available for evening work and Saturdays

n
