Our Eagle Farm Processing Facility plays a key role in producing a wide range of convenient, ready-to-enjoy pork products for everyday Australians. From our popular Heat & Eat range to fresh packaged pork products found in major supermarkets nationwide, our team is committed to delivering quality, food safety, and innovation to consumers every day.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy physical work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to producing quality products while maintaining high safety standards.

About the Role:

n

As a Production Worker, your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Working on production lines preparing and packing quality food products.
n
- Following food safety and quality procedures.
n
- Assisting with general warehouse and production duties.
n
- Loading, unloading and moving stock manually where required.
n
- Operating pallet jacks and other production equipment.
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
n
- Working across both chiller and ambient production areas.
n




- Supporting the team to meet daily production targets.
n

n

About You:

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a food production, manufacturing or warehouse environment (preferred).
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
n
- A solid focus on workplace health and safety.
n
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work well within a team.
n
- The ability to work in chilled environments when required.
n

n

A current LF Forklift License and forklift operating experience will be highly regarded but are not essential.
