Are you an experienced Building Supervisor, Construction Manager or Registered Builder looking for a new prospect within the building industry? This could be the perfect role for you.

n

Due to continual growth and excellent service, we are currently seeking BPI360 Inspectors / Consultantsto join our team servicing the Western suburbs and surrounding areas, and the South / East suburbs and surrounding areas.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct onsite stage inspections for a range of residential builders, including Slab, Frame, Pre-Plaster, Pre-Paint, Final and Maintenance inspections.
n
- Assess construction works against the Australian Standards, NCC and relevant building requirements.
n
- Complete accurate inspection reports using our custom BPI360 InspectTM iPad App.
n
- Liaise with Site Supervisors,



Construction Managers and builders.
n
- Provide practical guidance and industry knowledge to assist builders in achieving quality outcomes.
n

The Successful Candidate Will Have

n

n
- Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC and residential building practices.
n
- Experience within the residential building industry.
n
- Registered Builder (DBU) preferred but not essential.
n
