About the Role
n
As Project Manager, you'll take a leading role in delivering Flowe Bowden, working alongside an experienced and well-resourced project team.
n
This is an opportunity to lead a technically complex project incorporating:
n
n
- Mixed-use residential and commercial development
n
- Significant public profile within the South Australian construction industry
n
n
You'll have the autonomy to lead your team while receiving ongoing support from the Directors and senior leadership.
n
What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading people, solving complex construction challenges and building strong client relationships.
n
Ideally you'll have:
n
n
- Degree qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar
n
- Minimum 7 years' experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $30 million
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget
n
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing and mentoring project teams
n
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong commercial acumen including contract administration and risk management
n
- Experience administering Australian Standard construction contracts
n
- Strong programming capability using Microsoft Project or P6
n
- Thorough understanding of the NCC, WHS legislation and Security of Payment legislation
n
- Experience with Procore, EstimateOne and HammerTech (advantageous)
n
