Tankard Dental has proudly served the Sunraysia and Mallee region for decades across our clinics in Mildura, Irymple, Robinvale, and Ouyen.

With 22 chairs across four modern clinics and a strong reputation within the community, our practices provide a busy and rewarding environment with exposure to a broad range of treatments and procedures.

Our clinics are equipped with advanced technology including CBCT, CEREC, Trios and iTero scanners, and a full onsite digital laboratory.

A major advantage of our group is our in-house lab team, with experienced dental technicians and a dental prosthetist working daily in a fully digital workflow environment. This allows for close collaboration, streamlined treatment outcomes, faster turnaround times, and enhanced patient care.

About the Role

n

This position offers the opportunity to step into an established and consistently busy patient base from day one.

n

You'll work alongside a supportive team of dentists, Oral Health Therapists, specialists, dental assistants, receptionists, and onsite lab technicians in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

The role provides exposure to a wide range of dentistry including:

- General and restorative dentistry

- Crown and bridge workflows
n
- Invisalign and orthodontics
n

Flexible working arrangements are available, including fly-in fly-out options for interstate or metropolitan-based dentists.

Skills & Attributes

We're looking for a dentist who:

- Holds AHPRA registration
n
- Has experience practising in Australia
n
- Is confident in providing high-quality general dentistry
n
- Communicates professionally and empathetically with patients
n
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
n
- Is motivated to build strong patient relationships and deliver excellent care
