We are seeking a Crushing Operator to take charge. This is a role for an experienced operator who is confident managing a small number of people while ensuring crushing operations run safely, efficiently, and productively.

n

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

n

n
- Operating loaders and other crushing/screening equipment when required.
n
- Managing and maintaining crushing, screening, and soil processing equipment.
n
- Monitoring production for quality, efficiency,



and safety.
n
- Training and mentoring crew members.
n
- Liaising with management and following site directives.
n

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience in crushing operations and loader operation.
n
- Knowledge of recycled concrete products & soils.
n
- A strong track record of working safely.
n
- Construction Industry White Card.
n
- Front End Loader RII.
n
- Excavator RII.
n
- Be reliable, presentable, and safety-conscious.
n
- MR/HR/HC Truck licence would be an advantage but not a requirement.
n
- Availability to work Saturdays as required.
n
