Senior Business Analyst role at MAP TALENT. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation program within the telecommunications sector. You'll work closely with business and technology teams to capture requirements, map processes, and support solution delivery. Siebel CRM experience is essential.

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Salary: A$115,000.00–A$130,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for transformation projects.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technology, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.
n
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
n
- Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
n
- Support testing, training, and change management activities as required.
n
- Ensure all solutions meet compliance, operational, and customer experience objectives.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n




- 5+ years' Business Analyst experience in large-scale transformation programs.
n
- Telecommunications industry experience is essential.
n
- Strong experience with Siebel CRM (configuration knowledge is a plus).
n
- Proven track record in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
n
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
n

- Exposure to system integration projects in the telco sector.
n
- Understanding of billing, provisioning, and CRM processes within telecom.
