Job Description

Seeking experienced and capable Electrical Project Manager for permanent and full-time position. You will be managing and delivering T1 projects around Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Responsible for the successful management of your allocated project(s), ensuring they are on track and meeting agreed timescales and financial targets:
n
- Tender documentation preparation and review
n
- Project planning, labour and materials management, scheduling, risk control, OHS compliance, resourcing, forecasting, reporting and timely delivery of project
n
- Successfully manage project documentation including financial analysis and compliance
n
- Provide high level leadership and mentoring to field staff
n
- Effective end-client, supplier and sub-contractor engagement and management
n

n

Skills and experience required:

n

n
- Extensive experience as an autonomous electrical project manager (who has managed T1 projects of 10m AUD and above for the electrical component)
n
- Electrical project management experience in a range of industry spaces - e.g. commercial, health, education,



defence and / or infrastructure
n
- Principal Contractor on site experience preferred but not essential
n
- Previous electrical trade background essential
n
- Project management qualifications desirable but not essential
n
- Excellent client communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
n
- Experienced in conflict management and dispute settlement
n
- Well-developed analytical, financial management and problem-solving skills
n
- Effective in allocating work and maintaining strict time frames
n
- Firm commitment to safety and quality assurance
n
- Solid work ethic and high integrity
n
- Highly developed computer skills
n
