About the Role

n

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our retail partner Jetstar team and strengthen reporting, analytics and business intelligence capability across our inflight retail operations.

n

Partnering with key stakeholders across business operations, you will transform data into meaningful insights that drive commercial outcomes, enhance operational performance and enable continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and enhance commercial reporting, dashboards and management reporting to support business performance.
n
- Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and insights that drive informed decision-making.
n
- Build and maintain KPI frameworks, reporting standards and governance processes to ensure trusted data outcomes.
n
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality and strengthen analytics capability.
n
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver business analysis, process improvements and reporting solutions that create value.

This is a full time position located at the Dnata Catering & Retail facility in Coolangatta

n

About You

n

n




- A degree in Business, Business Analytics, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems or a related discipline.
n
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, reporting, analytics or business intelligence.
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience developing dashboards or reporting solutions using Power BI or similar platforms.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
n
- Experience with data modelling, SQL, Power BI or reporting automation tools.
n
- Experience within aviation, retail, food manufacturing, supply chain or operational environments will be advantageous.
n
- Full ongoing working rights in Australia and the ability to meet pre-employment requirements.
